Add your carrot and let that cook down, next add celery and garlic.
Add broth. I use 4 boxes of chicken broth and one kettle and fire beef bone broth! Do not skip the beef broth, it adds protein, nutrients and more flavor. I use salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning to season.
Once the veggies and broth are in add cooked chicken. We use rotisserie sometimes too!
Once the broth comes to a boil add your ramen and cook until the noodles are soft, usually about 5 min.
Once everyone has their bowl they customize with more salt unless they're crunching salty crackers in it we also love Tabasco in our soup to clear up those sinuses even more.
