Protein Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

great as an easy snack or breakfast

Protein Peanut Butter Banana muffins

Materials

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cup whole milk greek yogurt *plain*
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 cups King Arthur Gluten Free Flour (or whatever flour you like)
  • 2 scoops protein (I use 2 Truvani banana cinnamon)
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (I use enjoy life dark chocolate)

Instructions

  • blend all ingredients
  • add chocolate chips (I mix when the batter is still warm from being blended because I like the chocolate swirl effect but if you dont – let batter cool before adding chocolate chips)
  • spray your muffins tins & fill with batter
  • bake on 375 for 15 min
