Chicken & Ramen Soup

a favorite in our home

Materials

  • 1 yellow onion + some butter
  • 4 boxes chicken broth
  • 1 box kettle & fire beef bone broth
  • measure with your heart salt + pepper
  • 1 tbsp italian season
  • 5 carrots
  • 3+ celery sticks
  • 3-5 garlic cloves
  • 2 chicken breast cooked or rotisserie chicken

Instructions

  • saute chopped yellow onion in butter + salt until translucent
  • add in chopped carrot and celery cook until slightly softened
  • add broths + seasoning
  • let broth and veggies come to boil and add in cooked chicken and ramen
  • if you want to meal prep this, keep ramen noodles separate and cook as needed
  • we love to add crackers and tobasco sauce to our bowls
