Lemon Coconut Energy Balls

so fresh & delicious

Materials

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder ( I used truvani banana)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions

  • mix all ingredients and let mixture sit in fridge for ten minutes
  • shape into 12 balls & store in fridge
