Protein Cookie Dough

just trust me on this one

Materials

  • 1 cup rinsed and drained garbanzo beans
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 8 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 2.5 tsp vanilla
  • 8 tbs chocolate chips

Instructions

  • add all ingredients to food processor (except chocolate chips) and blend
  • once blended add chocolate chips and stir
  • thats it - so easy
