Protein Pancakes

Materials

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oat flour (you can make your own by blending oats)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbs milk ( I use 2% but you can use whatever milk or dairy free milk you want)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • blend all ingredients in blender
  • make pancakes and flip once theres bubbles throughout
